I submitted an email regarding the question of why I was charged a higher rate on my last order. This email was submitted through your "contact us" web email. I am contacting the forum because you will respond or that has been my experience in the past. I am still waiting for a response, it shouldn't have taken this long to answer a long standing customer or even a short standing customer. Thank you,

| Ken: I’m sorry you never received a response from your 1st e-mail to us. In looking at your order it appears that the pro plan discounts that were originally applied fell off during the authorization process resulting in you being charged the higher price. I will get your AMEX credited for this difference. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Mark Ehly |
